The past two days have been pretty chill. :) Yesterday, we hung out and watched some movies, Columbus Circle and The Woman in Black. The second of which, a horror staring Daniel Radcliffe, made sure that I woke up at 4:30 in the morning. ^^' Let me explain:
I can't say I like horror and I am one of those people who FLIP OUT when they watch them. I mean, they have to be SOMEWHAT scary, but if they're scary, I WILL scream, jump, squeak, hide behind whatever I can find, and surely have nightmares. Nonetheless, I try to watch the ones I think won't scar me for life in hopes I'll become desensitized enough to watch the good ones. :P The Woman in Black isn't by far the best or the scariest movie: it just has a lot of things that make you jump...which are what scare me the most. XD I also am the kind of person who screams things like, "DON'T GO IN THERE!" "IT'S NOT OVER, IT'S NOT OVER!!!" and "THERE SHE IS!!!" so my uncle was enjoying my overreactions more than the movie itself. ^^''' The funniest thing is that I overreact to the weirdest things. For example (spoilers follow), when I watched Drag Me to Hell on Halloween, I was fine the whole movie up until the scene where they were trying to put the evil spirit into the goat. As soon as that rope snapped, I lost it. And I mean LOST IT. XD All that was running through my mind was: the devil goat is loose and it will run rampant on our world. I mean, I was flipping out as in crying and shaking. My parents of course just laughed. :P Also weirdly, I don't have nightmares about the MOVIE. I have completely unrelated disturbing dreams and images. So I have been tired all day. :P
Good thing: we went and picked up my Canadian cousin today! She's just a couple of months younger than me, but we haven't hung out in YEARS. I can't honestly say we were ever SUPER close, but I think she's pretty cool. Now that we're older, hopefully we can hang out a bit more.
Once we picked her up, we just did some chores, watched A Little Bit of Heaven. I still don't like SAD "romantic comedies" but it was cheesy and funny as I like my girly movies so it was ok. ^^ We also watched the soccer game, Mexico vs El Salvador. VIVA MEXICO!!!!!!!!! GANAMOS!!!!
No idea what we're doing tomorrow, so until then!
Hasta lluego,

And They're Off!
A day at the horse races. <3 How I love those horses so.......when they don't lose me money. :P Yes, we went to Arlington Race Track or whatever it's called, all 11 of us. It was major fun, despite getting booze spilled on me (thanks to my aunt), the burning hot sun, and losing so much. XD I thought I was gonna be super in the hole, but I won two of my last three races! (Thank goodness.) I ended up only being $2 down :P (each bet was $2 by the way). It's hilarious though: I look young enough to get in free as a child, old enough to get asked if I want booze, and young enough again to get majorly glared at by the woman behind the counter as I checked in my bets (you have to be 18 to bet). Jeez. I'm all over the board. XD
When we finally got home, my cousin and his two munchkins were waiting. Gosh, they're crazy! Not in a bad way, they are SUPER cute! But they're really bright and fun, so I ended up spending more time with them than with my cuz (which kinda sucked so hopefully I'll see him again soon).
Speaking of parents: my mom called after she got the picture of my pink streak (the clip on that I didn't tell her wasn't real). Expecting her to freak out, I was like "What's up?" In classic Momma style though she's all like, "Did you dye your hair? I was asking the girl who cut my hair, and she said she would dye it for $20. We looked at some pictures and I found a really cool one where you could purple strands in it and it would look really good with your dark hair. I showed it to your father and he thought it was cool. Or if you just want to do your tips like you said, we can do that in whatever color. If you wanna do it when you get home or I can send you the picture to see if you like it and get it done there." XD Seriously, she just laughed when I said they were clips. I really might dye it if it's as cool as she says it looks though. :) But gotta love my parents: instead of freaking out, they are looking at dye jobs without me and saying how cool they are. :D She really misses me though, she would NOT hang up. Truth be told: I miss her soooooooo much too. ^^
Don't miss me as much as her!

Scrambled Eggs
The last two days have been quite busy. :)/:( (I don't know if busy is a good thing or a bad thing. ><')
On Friday I attended my first "real" Quincenera. And by real, I mean they went ALL OUT. First was the mass which was all done up.....but basically no one attends the mass because, well, its mass. Basically everyone there was part of the court (as in, all the girls and all their partners) and some family. I can't say I totally enjoyed it. I hadn't realized it's been so long I went to church, I had no idea what to say! ^^' (Didn't help that it was in Spanish either :P) The girl's dress was pretty nice. Super princessy but all in blue. What I was shocked was how much weight she lost just from the picture on the invite! She looked COMPLETELY different!
Later was the party, which I was SUPER Psyched about! I couldn't WAIT to get on the dance floor! .....Which was closed for the first hour and a half we were there. They took forever doing the pictures and then they did all the little things that signal the transition from girl to woman (but really they just added extra stuff to do which just seemed weird). Then came the court's dances.....which they were all terrible at. XD They messed up a lot, even though they were basic steps, and were never all on time. Finally came the dancing! ...And nobody danced. There were two good songs, but an empty dance floors. Even then I would have gone on.....save the cameras ever waiting for a victim to film. Yuck. Then the band came on and they were TERRIBLE. Too loud, whinny saxes, and no one knew what they were saying. Just terrible. Needless to say we left early, and I never got to dance. :(
Yesterday, my aunt came over to breakfast and the strangest thing happened. The doorbell rang and I was sent to answer it. There was this girl, only a couple of years older than me, super skinny and European, asking if we or anyone else in the neighborhood had rooms to rent. O.o Apparently, she had come from Lithuania with some friends and were staying in a motel, but the motel was too expensive so she and one friend needed a room to rent. Of course I said no, and when I recounted the story to the table, my aunt (who's a police woman) said it was fishy, so she ran out to talk to her. XD When she came back, things just got weirder. Apparently, the girls planned to sell books (like text books) door-to-door and needed a place to stay for a while. Worried that she might be in trouble or got stuck in some scam, my aunt went back out to find her...but she was gone. Hopefully she's ok. :/
After that, we went to the store (because I broke my glasses ^^''') and I bought some cool colored hair extensions. :D I was gonna buy temporary dye, but these were on sale so I figured I'd try em. They are pretty cool ^^ I like them. Then we had a barbeque at my other aunt's house and I looovveee their dog Petra! She reminds me of Kiko XD (Even the jumping on me as soon as she thinks I'm leaving :P).
After dinner, we decided to go watch Snow White and the Huntsman. I was dragging my feet the whole way there because I knew exactly how it'd be: cool special effect, an average plot, and Kristen Stewart would ruin it all. Sure enough: Kristen Stewart had the SAME face in 9 out of 10 scenes! I mean, every time! A giant troll? Duh -o-. A majestic fairy? Duh -0- Childhood love? Duh -0- About to die? Duh -0- Jeez. All I wanted to do was laugh! The Queen on the other hand was totally AMAZING. Charlize Theron OWNED it. See: just replace Kristen and it would have been fine--just like I said before. >.<'
Other than that: we've been looking for ways for my cousin in Canada, Krystal, to come over. The plan was to drive up to Toronto and meet her (she lives in Montreal) but now she's flying straight in. So I no get to go to Canada. :( Super sad.
So overall, busy has equaled disappointment. Whatever. We'll see how the horse races go today :P
Have a better day than I have been!

Sharpening His Wits
Chicago has been lovely my dears. :) I will admit, it can get quite boring at times. (Thank goodness for television! Although I kinda miss my beloved Hulu which I haven't visited in a while. D:) We've been having fun!
Today we visited Chinatown!!! I LOVE CHINATOWN (in case you don't know) and since there is NO good chinese food in AR, I literally FILLED my stomach full of msg-saturated goodness. <3 I swear, I was in LOVE. Even the fifteen minutes of walking around the area looking for this elusive restaurant my family went to last time (when I wasn't with them) and in the end settling for where me and my parents used to eat all the time when I was little (Three Happinesses which I was totally happy with cuz I LOVE that place!) was totally worth it. :D I got beef and broccoli and beef fried rice ALL FOR MYSELF. ^^ After chowing on that for a bit, I still had fried rice to bring home. THEY SENT IT TO GO IN THOSE LITTLE CHINESE BOXES!!!!!!!!! I WAS SO PSYCHED!!!!!!!! (Those boxes seriously make the food taste better, I swear. :P) After that, I went to my favorite gift store where I found these adorable bags. :) Since I had to choose only one, I got this purse/book bag one (it's kind of in the middle, but I'll probably use it as a purse ^^). Then we went exploring, checking out all the stores. We were there for a bit, so it was really nice. I also got my favorite little bear cookies filled with chocolate. ^^
Later, I went with my aunt to check out the location where she's going to start her bakery. It's still just the bare lease, but it's bigger than I expected. .....Just, knowing my aunt, I'm afraid it's going to stay that way for quite a while. ><'''
After doing some Just Dance 3, chilling, eating more fried rice, and more chilling, me, my aunt, and two of my cousins (my little bro and my only older female cousin) went out for ice cream. My little bro would only eat Andy's, so after we got his we went to Overwise for me and my cousin's. It's a pretty cool place because we got to play Yahtzee there......until the place were closed and they were waiting on us to finish the game. XD So all and all, pretty cool day. (Btw, yes, the diet is out the window).
Couple of days ago, I was stressing over the math placement test for OSU. The practice q's were unbelievably hard, so I assumed I was screwed and began studying like crazy. Yesterday, I just gave up and went ahead and took it. ..........Super easy. Not even joking. Glad I had studied complex numbers though, because I don't even think we ever learned all those stupid rules. :/
Other than that: my cousins are hilarious. The "baby" (3 years old) is crazy. He runs around without any pants or diapers the ENTIRE time we're home. He can't really talk yet (we don't know why) so his random words/phrases/mystery sounds are hilarious. My little bro has become snappier and snappier. I say it's because I'm sharpening his wit and making him argue with me a lot ;). Or I'm just annoying him. Probably both. He needs to though, because he's super spoiled and needs to suck it up. XD Well, I'm spoiled too, but still. ^^' I scared him the other day by telling him about Mad Cow Disease. :P FEAR THE PRIONS!!!
FEAR THEM!!!!

Then the Devil Brought Me Tortillas
Hey everyone! Guess where I am :). In Chicago (whoop whoop!)!
Honestly, me being here is the result of last minute decisions and much complaining. I had promised to visit my family when they came down for graduation: but everything had gone undecided. We were trying to figure out how to balance out costs with my need to be at OSU for orientation at the end of this month and my want to visit Texas (especially if my parents have to go down to look at the house which is still unsold). I had wanted to go down for graduation, but that was already too much. :( So on Thursday, we finally decided to leave on Sunday. Even though we all came to this decision...my dad became cranky by the evening. At first we couldn't figure out what on earth is wrong with him: but we think he just realized his little girl who will be gone all of the school year was leaving for a whole month, so he got sad. X)
Before I left AR though, I got to see my fawesome friend Uniqia! I had so much fun at her house and finally watched Sherlock Holmes 1 (seeing as I already saw 2 :P). I seriously hope I get to see her when I get back :/. I didn't realize until AFTER I LEFT that I probably won't get to see Matilde before she goes back to Italy because I won't be in AR before then. D: Sadness.
The trip here was no problem. We drove all the way out to Branson because and it was cheaper. We were wondering why there was an airport out in the middle of nowhere in the moutains: turns out the little place is for the rich people who live in the area. :P It was really pretty even though it was miniture. There were even koi fish to feed at the gates. X)
Now that I'm here though, I can't really say I've been doing much more. I mentioned in an earlier post that I was doing the Special K challenge........well that's basically out of the picture. ><' First off: yesterday and the first half of today I didn't have any of my stuff. I had my snacks that I brought with me, but because I've been eating with the family, I haven't had those calories to spare. Yesterday I made breaded steaks...which I have now been eating for just bout every meal because we made so many. Plus Mexican rice, and also pollo (chicken) for dinner. What's really killing me though are the tortillas. While there are many pluses to being Mexican: it sucks to diet because I eat tortillas like they are part of the air I breathe. With no problem, I can eat at least 5 in a sitting. YIKES. Plus: no Kiko means no walking, means no exercising. I shall get fat: and if that is the case I have no idea why I am no eating oreos right now. To make it worse: no scale means I have no idea where my weight is and whether or not I can risk a few more calories or not.
Besides getting fat: I love hanging with my cuz. He's dysfunctional as usual, but he's a blast just as well. :D
Promise to still keep you updated :)

Oh so Artsy
Yello! I told y’all I’d try to update more often. :P
Well summer is here…but I’m unsure what to do with it. Normally
I spend my summer’s traveling (at the very least up to Chicago to be with my
family), but because everyone is so busy and our current lower-than-normal
money supply, I dunno if I really even want to do THAT. Which makes things
somewhat difficult because I need to go up to OSU for orientation at the end of
June…so we’ll see how that works out. ><’’’
Since I don’t know what to do with my summer, I’ve felt like
I’m slacking. I’m not the kind of person who wants to sit around doing NOTHING
for a WHOLE SUMMER. My parents don’t want me to get a job though (which kinda
stinks because I could use that money to go study abroad which I really wanna go do) and I couldn’t find
any internships/summer classes in the area. Basically: I’m very limited on
options.
good with my hands. But it did keep me busy for a bit! ........and used up a whole glue stick but whatever.
Also
strangely I wrote a poem in Spanish.
I haven’t been in a Spanish class since Junior year, so my grammar’s probably
terrible, but, hey, it was good practice for fall! Here it is below:
Los Pàrajos
Entrò como un pàrajo
sin sus plumas,
Desnudo,
incapaz de vuelo,
horrendo,
y rapidamente corrì
afuera de la attenciones de los observadores
ninguno que vì en
primer lugar,
pero no pudìa escapar
de mis ojos.
Observò la manera en
que caminò,
Torpemente,
Vergonzosamente,
Sin esperanza,
y querìa gritar a todos
“Mira! Mira la persona sin vida en sus
ojos,
Sin espíritu en su cuerpo,
Quien entrò no para atención, ni para
ayuda.
I even finished my fanfiction You'd Be Surprised: COMPLETELY! Such a relief! I've been writing it for 2 YEARS. :P If you want to read it or my other work my fanfiction account is VampireGaaraCheesepuffs so just follow this link: www.fanfiction.net/~VampireGaaraCheesepuffs
Other than my artsy-ness. I'm doing the "Special K Challenge". I actually was already just counting calories and exercising, but my mom was like "We should do this together!" and I said I would so she would. ...Now she's basically just counting calories like I was before and not following the challenge. Whatever. X)
I have lost 2 pounds though! (But I think my other dieting may have helped with that....) Probably cuz I beat my DDR game. ;) Also, I've been reading a lot...mostly manga, but still. :P We also went and watched Wrath of the Titans today at the cheap movie theater, too much computer animation for my taste. Another thing is I've been dressing up (even if I don't plan on going anywhere) because it makes me feel more active (like I have something to do)!
We'll keep in touch ;)

Excuses? Nah :)
Ok, so I won't lie. My lack of updates is the result of the following recipe:
1 cup traveling
3 cups stress
2 tablespoons of AP testing
a full box of not wanting to blog
stir and put in the freezer until you forget about it: presto!
Now that summer has finally arrived (and not a moment too soon because senioritis had become debilitating), I have no excuses! .....Which is why it still took me a week to write this. Despite my procrastination: I shall do my best to fill you in on everything that was missed (which is WAY TOO MUCH T-T).
Colleges:
D-Day (Decisions Day) was absolutely nerve-racking. Columbia's decision was first, and, even though I received a likely letter, I managed to convince myself that they had gotten my hopes up just to laugh when they rejected me. It so didn't help that the internet went out 3 SECONDS before the decision was released! I mean, THREE SECONDS?! COME ON. Despite the terrible omen, it was good news! :D I GOT IN TO COLUMBIA. And, even more shocking, it was practically affordable O.o. (By that I mean at least $6000 a year).
Johns Hopkins was a funny one. I didn't realize its decision was released on the same date.....until I got an email from the athletics department telling me Congrats on getting ACCEPTED and that I should buy tickets to upcoming games...........BEFORE I GOT MY ACCEPTANCE EMAIL. XD Sure enough, fifteen minutes letter I got my acceptance email. <3
Now when I didn't get my Harvard email by 12, I knew it was bad news. I ended up having a terrible night because all my dreams were plagued by Harvard Zombies, which were sent to me as their form of rejection. After only getting three hours of sleep, I was only slightly disheartened by the wait-listed email (at least it wasn't a rejection and I wasn't to be eaten by zombies).
The next day, the travels began!
My first trip was up to Ann Arbor to the University of Michigan for a scholarship weekend. They really pulled all the stops, picking me up and putting all the candidates in a nice hotel. Just as I went to sleep, however, I heard someone speaking Russian trying to open my room. Freaked out thinking someone was trying to break in, I waited for them to give up. When they didn't, I finally went to investigate. At first I saw an old man, so I was going to open the door and tell him he had the wrong room. Upon opening the door, however, I saw a girl my age too and we realized we were roommates. ^^' (The story of her trying to break into my room became the way I introduced her to other candidates ;P). I loved the other candidates there though! I had so much fun hanging out with them and talking. For the first time in a while, I was one of the dumber people! (It felt great!) The interview parts were incredibly stressful though! We had to do "group interviews" which are the hardest things ever because not only are you trying to impress the interviewers, but you are "civilly" trying to speak as soon as possible because the other group members WILL steal what you are going say. Plus: there was this one woman who was EXTREMELY intimidating, and, at one point, I said something (that I didn't think was that important) that suddenly made her stop writing, put down her pen, and stare at me. O.o I mean, did I say something interesting or something extremely stupid? Near the end, I saw that she had only starred 3 of our names out of 6. Yikes! Despite being exhausted by the end of the weekend, it was probably my favorite trip! I mean, I got to go down on the football field, sit in on some classes, and meet amazing people. Plus: I got the scholarship :D.
Next was Ohio with my mum, which (after being a little biased against after having so much fun at their nemesis Michigan) I had my reservations about. The area was really nice. I was surprised how nice people were in a city that was pretty big (not huge, but much better than the suburbs I've grown accustomed to). The events they had planned didn't completely wow me, except the medical center. Their medical center was AMAZING. I totally fell in love with it. <3 While I wasn't wowed, it was really nice. :D The people seemed normal enough, the school's HUGE, and the rooms and stuff looked good. My aunt, uncle, and cousins drove up from Cincinnati to see us and we had a great time! It was nice having family close by.
Last was New York City! Now, I've never been to NYC, so I was REALLY excited. :D Imagine my disappointment when our plane got canceled and we didn't leave until the next day. :/ Not cool. I missed half a day in NYC! When I did go there the next day, I practically had to rush over to Columbia. See, I kinda had my heart set on Columbia already, but when I arrived I quickly became torn. The atmosphere was stiffing, the dorms were atrocious, and I didn't love the people around me (in fact, I down right hated some of the arrogant, inconsiderate people who would be part of my incoming class). Some of the aspects I did love, like the science labs and the clubs. But, resoundingly, I found that I wouldn't get many opportunities there and the few chances I would get, I would have to fight to the death for. NYC was unbelievable though! I only had time to go to times square and Central Park but it was so much fun! I loved it! I totally want to go back. <3
My decision ended up coming down to the wire. As much as I wanted an Ivy Name, I had to accept that I knew I would be unhappy at Columbia and didn't choose it. Eventually, I had to go with Ohio State because a full ride and money for study abroad/research is too good to pass up. :D GO BUCKEYES!!!!!
School:
Oh I am so glad to have GRADUATED! (With highest honors and a 4.2 mind you :D.) We got out of school on the 4th, but I was basically back the whole following two weeks for AP testing. Yuck. I totally think I got a five on one or two of my tests (like BC Calculus), but I will be lucky if I got a 3 on Chemistry. :(
Social Life:
What social life? Just kidding :)
It's really been up and down. Me and my (still incredibly amazing) boyfriend broke up (which really sucks, but we're still friends). I did end up going to prom with my best girlfriend Uniqia, and was shocked by how much fun I ended up having. :D Uniqia and I ended up being pretty close by the end of the year <3. Matilde too, I will so cry when she leaves. D: I ended up making even more guy friends. Which, for me, it all still feels really weird! I mean, I never had like more than two or three guy friends, and this year I had like 5 or 6. Some of which, I talk to when I'm at home on im or text or whatever which feels even STRANGER. But it's cool having guy friends (just wish I had more girl ones so I could have some real girl talk).
Due to all the traveling, I, sadly, gained a few pounds. Apparently, I still look good though because a few guys began to flirt with me lately (of course, they wait until I'm done with this place, ha ha, very funny guys). Still, now that it's summer, my "get back in shape!" plan is in full swing. :D
Also since it's summer, I've gotten to enjoy reading again. <3 I have read sooooo much lately, I can't believe it! (Mostly manga though, how I love those manga ^^).
Anyway, I am exhausted. :/ I'll try to keep you filled in more regularly, ja?
Until the next post!

SPRING BREAK!!!
YES!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, the week I've spent the last three months waiting for has finally arrived! <3 Now with a tiny bit of free time I can finally fill you all in on what has been going on in my life (and trust me, it's a LOT). So hopefully I'll remember everything, so, in an attempt to do so, I will do it in the order of it's ruling my life. :P Ie: college, social life, and then school (that last one is a funny joke ;D).
So colleges! First off, apparently I'm amazing. I mean honestly, I cannot believe it; I was so worried that I was not going to get in anywhere that I could actually afford and that I'd be living with the parents for four more years but here's what's really up!
Colleges that are out:
For sure I'm not attending the University of Pittsburgh and New England. Still way too much money (only $10000 and $18000 respectively).
Probably out:
Fordham university has recently moved to this list for the pure fact that, even with free tuition, $15000 is too much for room and board. PLUS: they don't even have my major. Case Western is almost in the out list. For one thing, I'm still a little sore about not being accepted to the pre-proffessional program. Also, the $30000 scholarship still didn't even cover tuition. :P
Waiting on:
I'm still awaiting decisions from the big league! Harvard and Johns are still a mystery, but I got some really REALLY good news saying that I'm a "likely" candidate for Columbia, and that I should expect "favorable" results! <3 SO PSYCHED. I mean, I probably still won't be able to afford it, but even an acceptance is amazing.
Possibles:
University of Arkansas- Still just a backup school, but this weekend I went to the fellowship interviews. I only went in for the essays on Friday and then on the second day for a interview (which was only like 10 minutes long instead of 20), but I still got the highest and most distinguished award! Kind of crazy huh? They must have already really liked me. :) I had good odds though since they only pick 10 out of the hundreds that applied and 5/6 get the award. So now I won't have to pay, but that means I stay in state.
University of Michigan- I thought this one would be way too much money, but I got nominated for this special scholarship that I will have to go interview for at the end of the month. That'll cover room and board, as well as $15000 towards tuition. Plus, I got $20000 for just being nominated, so it really is an option!
Ohio State University- So here's the really big news: I GOT A FULL RIDE!!! Oh my goodness, I freaked out! I am so extremely happy! Only 10 people were awarded out of the 80 that interviewed and the 3000 that applied! I was really worried about it. See, when Ohio said the interview was at 1:40.....they meant 1:40 EST. O.O Luckily, I had gotten on nearly an hour early to be prepared, so I was only a few minutes late. Still, they had to switch me and the next interviewer (which I was still really worried). Right now as everything stands, it is my first choice because I won't have to worry about anything and Ohio seems like a good college experience. :)
So, doing some math, my scholarships added all together for four years amount to at LEAST $700000! Pretty legit huh? I could buy a nice house with that ;).
Socialness time!
Well last weekend was certainly crazy! Not only did I have fellowship things, but my bestie Animal Cracker came! Ahhh, it was great! I had an absolute blast! We chilled and watched the first whole season of the Walking Dead plus some other movies. (By the way, I just love Glenn!)
Okay, so I had something that kinda threw me of happen the other day. Math sponsored a pie eating contest for donations to UNICEF on pi day (3/14) and at the very end, one of the contestants was talking to me. At the end of the day, he showed up again and he was flirting with me, which I mean is nice and all. It's a compliment. The next day, he's waiting for me again outside the buses and he walks me, not only to my class but comes into my first period and sits next to me to keep talking to me. Then things go too serious way too fast. Then he gives me a note saying he's seen me around for a while now and that he's always wanted to talk me (kinda stalkerish but ok), and in the note is a necklace. O.o Yea. Just got creepy. I'm sure he was just being nice and all but uh NO THANKS. I have a boyfriend <3.
Otherwise, the rest of my friends are cool. :D Matilde just laughed at me at the situation above .-..
For lent, I gave up Fanfiction (it makes me want to cry when I think about it, I miss it so much!). As a result, I've gotten even MORE into Anime, Manga, and iPod apps. Right now I've added Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (I watched all of Fullmetal Alchemist with my parents) and Mushi to the series I watch already. As for manga, I'm really into Dengeki Daisy. <3 I seriously LOVE it! As for my iPod apps I've gone through a few obsessions including Draw Something and iAssociate 2, but right now it's Adventure Bar Story (which is a lot like Harvest moon and Final Fantasy stuck together!). As a result, I still haven't reading the Fountainhead. :P I did read the Awakening which wasn't all that great.
School:
Senioritis is in FULL swing. Really, I doubt I care that much. This last week ESPECIALLY! The hour change has thrown me off terribly. So, instead of fixing it, I have stayed up extra late :D. Still, I don't need to do much to do well anyway. X) I think the teachers are pretty much accepting that the disease is running rampant. ^^'
I'm sure there's been lots more, but I'm going to go enjoy my spring break!
Hasta Lluego!

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming
What day is it? No seriously, I think my days are beginning to blur into one another. ><'''
Guess who has Senioritis! THIS GIRL. The sad fact has been popping up all week and I was certain by Friday morning where I was joking hysterically with Matilde during Chemistry instead of paying attention. But as I said to my fawesome Chemistry teacher, "The only good thing about Senioritis is that I'm really happy." X) Seriously, I come home smiling because I am well aware that I'm not going to have the drive to do my homework. ^^
The big supporter of my Senioritis is Fanfiction! YES, I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH IT ONCE MORE! The obsession started again because I finished (basically, still have an alternative ending to write) my 3 year in the making FanFiction. :D I seriously thought I never would finish it (considering it was a year since I last updated) but I am so glad I did! However, returning to that site has lead to me never wanting to leave it! I have read at least 15 decent fanfictions since Monday. :P
Don't worry though, the Senioritis is not TOO bad. I went to this AP Literature session on Saturday and WHAT A WASTE. 6 hours of nonsense in all honesty. One lady was funny, but the other one made me so annoyed. The only good thing was that she inspired me to write some poetry (vent all my anger). One was actually really good. :D Totally fond of it considering I haven't written Poetry in a LONG time. I also applied for some more scholarships, wrote one essay. Plus: I made up all that homework I had procrastinated doing all week. :P I'm super exhausted though.
School has been....interesting. And by interesting, I mean boring. X) I read fanfiction under my desk and snack all the time. :P Only really funny event was when I pointed out that my BC teacher was doing something wrong (since Conner hadn't when he told me half an hour earlier) and she practically had a mental breakdown. XD She froze, put her hands on her head, and put herself in the corner. :P She had to teach the WHOLE thing all over again. Of course, everyone knew by the next day. Ironically, after one of the guys at my table brought it up and said I was now smarter than her (since no one would listen to me when I said it was actually Conner who first noticed) but she said I wasn't, I then corrected her on the problem she was then working on. XD
Besides that, the only other funny story was earlier that week, I was feeling tired and hungry. My daily apple tasted terrible and I was getting cranky. Then for our "review" my BC teacher said we would put problems on the board. Which we ALWAYS do and we NEVER learn anything. So I started throwing a hissy fit to Conner, but apparently, she was really close by. When I realized things had gotten quiet, I saw she was RIGHT THERE. .....Awkward. She just kind of stared wide eyed and said "I've never heard you get upset." My reply? "I'm tired and my apple doesn't taste good, I'm not happy!" ^^''' Good news? She moved the test to Friday XD. Class was very happy, but I still felt awkward. (The test then got moved to Monday, then canceled, then moved to Monday again in classic BC fashion.)
No news on Colleges yet. :) I'll tell you as soon as I know!
Until I remember to post again!
