As the title says, this'll be a little rushed. School is exhausting; my waking up early did nothing for preparing me for the walking around all day. Seriously I'm tired.
But anyway, as for today it was........better. Still very much "Meh" by no means "good" but I suppose it WAS better. I believe I deserve a round of applause or an "A FOR EFFORT!" for my improved socializing. I talked to more people today. Officially, I'm pretty much plain old friend with (I learned how to spell it but now I'm certain I've been pronouncing her name wrong) Quiting. I also met Matilde (or may end in a not sure). She's a foreign exchange student from Italy. Though she's our age, she's here as a junior so we have the same lit class! <3 (Not the only old person there!!!) Sadly the teacher gave us assigned seats today and we're far away from each other :/ She's nice though.
I like my chem teacher. Met her today, she's really cool. Apparently she and my bio teacher are best buds and they're so happy I'm in both of their classes (people don't do bio and chem at the same time). Speaking of Bio, we have a quiz tom. That means I've been reading all night to prepare. Fun, fun, fun. But I actually like Bio. I'm basically part of a little group <3. The group has Uniquea (still don't know how to spell her name), Addie, and I believe the last girl is name Marleen (she was putting Pokemon stickers on her binder, I like her already). So nice to have some partners I could work with.
Calculus is kinda up in the air. I like the teacher, but my AB class full of juniors isn't very fun because I feel so stupid. Then in BC I feel out of the loop AND stupid. I was assigned a seat with a bunch of guys who are all friends (I'm not used to being around so many guys) and I was the only one who did the hw. .-. Apparently, it wasn't REALLY hw. Oh well. I'm still semi understanding the class. :)
Civics was ok. We did those "get people to sign all your squares!" survey/games. I actually learned a lot of peoples names X). I actually made an effort to ask them and smile. I talked to a girl named Charity, complimenting her braids. Talked to a girl named Misty, learned about her wanting to a vet. Talked to a couple of guys too; they both moved from Mexico.
Later, I even made an effort to talk during lunch and medical procedures. I tried to talk to a junior in English, but realized "Wow, I'm going to hate this class." I miss Mr. Williams and his class. So, I may need a pill to bite down on that will kill me in case things get rough. :P
The bus ride was still an hour. Lots of reading/memorizing. SLEEP TIME <3 <3 <3

So far, so bad
I'll start off with an "I'm sorry peoples." :( Well, I knew I wouldn't be able to update everyday, but yesterday an update was simply IMPOSSIBLE. Before I start the venting, I'll start with some good news. :D
Good news:
Well, the day started off well enough. I woke up NATURALLY at (wait for it....) 6 AM! That's right! 6:15 to be exact. ...Needless to say, I saw the time, was very proud of myself, then went straight back to bed. But this is good news for school! (For which I plan to wake up at 6:30 everyday instead of my old 7 so I can go exercise.) I woke up again at 7:17, hung out with parents a bit, showered, then came out for breakfast.
That's when things began to go down hill. In mid-motion of my mom making her breakfast and us discussing mine........the movers arrived. Guess no food. Oh well, we'll grab lunch......right?
Unlike our movers back in Texas, there were only 2 instead of 4 and they didn't seem very.....well, competent. Still, we didn't judge. An hour in, we hear something smash. Sure enough, the large sheet of glass that rests on one of my parent's dresser (and it's large crate to protect it) are lying on the garage floor. When picked up, it sounds like those old rain makers as the shattered glass tinkles down. We will have to file a claim.
Several hours of them bumping into cieling lights/fans, walls, other furniture, and the cieling itself, we have emptied several boxes, only to be overwhelmed by more, have added several more damaged goods to the claim, and (I) have eaten a total of one fruitabi (fruit by the foot al'natural). Among the damaged: a leather chair's furnish taken off along with one of the stickers that they swore "will come off without a mark," a missing bracket, my parents mattress, and (worse of all) my parents expensive leather bed has dents in it. I thought my mom was gonna have a heart attack. As it was, we were both a little delirious from lack of food, dehydration (because we have been LIED to! It is 106 degrees here too and we couldn't have the air on with all the doors open for the movers!!!), and standing on our feet all day while simultaneously running around in circles in FLIP FLOPS.
Speaking of woes, I forgot to mention the very worse part. See, you'd think we were looking forward to getting the beds back the most right? WRONG. (I'd actually gotten used to the floor a bit :) ) Nope, we were looking forward to our lovely fridge. <3 See, because fridge means we can buy food (which means we don't have to spend a lot of money at a restaurant for greasy food). Fridge means cold water (and also ice.....I miss ice so much). Fridge means, even if we HAVE to go out for food, we're allowed to have left overs (without worrying that they'll spoil).
The fridge comes. We plug it in. The light goes on. YAY! We wait. And wait. And wait. ...............................................................................................................................................................
No cold. Our fridge is busted. What the heck did they do to it? We don't know.
We still don't. The guy is supposed to come today (which is actually GOOD news, because they said Friday was the earliest!). So hopefully, it's a quick fix and they don't try to blame it on us.
Once again, we were forced to go out for dinner. I was so hungry, I said "SCREW HEALTHY" went to this place with bread TO DIE for, ate like 10 of the buttery rolls which I dipped in butter, a steak, and mashed potatoes (my side of steamed vegetables remained untouched because, frankly, the frozen veggies were disgusting). I even brought some home, which I ate for breakfast today. :)
Speaking of today, it's not half as bad. I slept in late (til 8 o'clock believe it or not!), showered/unpacked a bit, ate my rolls, and am now at Starbucks (since I still don't have internet and my mom wanted to just "try" Starbucks instead of Hastings.....bleh).
To leave you entertained, I decided to do a new unit called the "DREAM SEQUENCE" which, if you haven't guessed, is all about my crazy long dreams. Since people figured they're so entertaining, I don't see why not. :)
~DREAM SEQUENCE INITIATED~
(note-I started off writing my WHOLE dream, but now I realized this post is long enough, so I'll only do the entertaining-er one ;) Ps: all this is seen in the third person in the dream)
There's a fancy party going on in the underwater glass house. Everyone's talking, especially about the Chinese Acrobat. (I dunno his name) He's dressed in all blue and doing tricks for everyone. What they don't know, is that he's actually a warrior, a head one at that, protecting the world from the rock beast/aliens that have come to this futuristic earth in search of the life rocks that give them power. It's the Acrobat's life, as part of this army, to find these rocks first. The Acrobatic lifestyle is merely a ruse to get him into this fancy parties that are actually thrown BY the aliens, unbeknown to rich people, for THEIR entertainment. In this way, he's able to keep tabs on their location, which corresponds to their searches.
Flash forward to one of their many raids. Similar to Eve's mechanism that helps her find the plant in Wall-E (you know that light that blinks green if it's found, red if it's not), the GIANT rock aliens are scanning this rocky, mountain terrain. There's only one creature in view now. Suddenly, his light turns green! But it only, picks up the trace of an OLD rock, one that was once there, but now removed. The creature is suspicious, but then notices far off in the distance, to the right, is another alien. It assumes it has picked up the rock, and decides to find another area of it's own to search.
Once the rock alien leaves, a group lead by the blue Acrobat emerges. In his hand is the glowing life rock. His eyes scan the area, and he finds a note left in the midst. Sadly, it's in English which he cannot read (which is funny cuz I understand everyone X) ). So the Acrobat disperses the team as he takes in one of the lighting trams to the city.
Inside the city, there is this giant building. Though it looks like a mall, Each "store" has a giant screen, offering some service of one kind. One, is merely comedic. Another, teaching students biology. Another, pilates. One of History. The focus goes onto a girl with bright pink hair, lying on the table used for writing in the English booth. She's writing on the paper in front of her, but not in English. She's making random symbols both in Chinese and Japanese, making them look like a rabbit when put together.
Suddenly, the Acrobat arrives. He walks through the building, asking if anyone could translate English. As he passes the girl, her ears perk up and she jumps to her feet.
"WAIT, I CAN, I DO, I KNOW HOW, HEY!"
He stops, sighs, and precedes to hand the hyperactive girl the paper. Slowly, but surely, she begins to translate it. The Acrobat asks her to hurry, feeling the presence of an alien in close proximity, and afraid that the life stone's energy may attract it. She however, cannot so does not. Suddenly, the Acrobat says "RUN" and they both take off. Though the alien is not in view, even the girl can sense that they are being chased. They run through the mall, jumping through the TV "stores", over benches, and even through a fountain. The Acrobat contacts one of his soldiers to stall the alien, but he receives only static. All the while, he attempts to tear the paper back from the girl, but she clutches it to her chest in a death grip.
The Acrobat takes a risk, grabs her, and shoves both of them into a nearby, but dark, store.
"Give me the Paper!" He screams.
"No! NO! I can't!"
"Why?! Do you know what it means." She stares at him helplessly then says,
"I think I do..."
Then I wake up .-.
Until later,
~S~
Good news:
- WE GOT OUR STUFFS!!!!!!
- Which means: I got to sleep on a bed for the first time in a couple of days.
- I now have clothes (which is good because I had reached exactly ZERO yesterday)
