No school means SHOPPING

Oh thank goodness for Labor Day <3. I dunno how I could survive a full five day school week :P. No, but I really do believe that a four day week just makes u lazy...er. :)

So how did I spend my day off? SHOPPING OF COURSE :D :D :D. We went all day, which  means I got a total of: one dress pants, one dressy skirt, two t-shirts (one that didn't fit ^^'), and.......that's it. :/ Oh well ^^'. Today we went shopping as well, looking for SOMETHING for me to wear for my senior pictures that I'm taking on Wednesday. Instead I found a dress and dressy blouse that I probably still won't wear for the picture :P. Oh well.

Sometimes I feel like I'm making my parents spend too much money. ><' Basically, they just keep saying "Happy Birthday!" ........still 13 days parents. Besides, I already told em what I want for my bday: Dinner at this really expensive restaurant <3. The food looked SOOOOOOOOOO good, I WANT IT!!!. Also: dinner at this Shogun place that looks REALLY pretty, but also expensive ^^'. I really can't wait. X) I don't even have school on my bday! Isn't that FAWESOME?!

Since we were talking bout B-day presents, I asked my mom what she was gonna get me for graduation. ^^' She said she MIGHT (which means, I SURE HOPE SHE DOES) send me and my brother (who's also graduating, but from college) overseas. :D Anywhere we want. WOULDN'T THAT COOL?! He better pick somewhere cool :/ (he kinda has majority dibs, but we have to agree. I'm not too picky though ^^).

As for school, I OWNED some tests! Check it: a 122% on Biology (only person to get all the points for the free response out of 110 students, boo ya!), 109% on chemistry (1 of 4 who made 12 points on their free responses out of 13 :D), a 97% on one thing of AP Government essays, and a 107% on the objective part of AP Government. (I also made an 85% on AB Calculus and an 87% on the other AP Government essay, but we'll ignore those ;) ). So if everyone here didn't ALREADY think I was nerdy: they now know. And kinda hate me. Oh well. ><'

I have found that I REALLY hate Calculus though. .-. I haven't actually LEARNED much and I feel like I should be :/. Nonetheless, I managed to SOMEWHAT hold my own on a Quest yesterday. :D (Quiz Test). I was able to figure out a toughie on my own while our really smart class president decided to draw a shark. X) I think he ended up copying mine later. I felt so smart <3 (usually it's the other way around). Really, I knew how to DO most of em, just plugged them in wrong. :/ (TI 89's are such fickle creatures!) I also learned though that there is a BUTTON to differentiate! (All those times people said "plug it in" for explanations now make sense.......)

Also, I've begun sitting with Uniqia for lunch. I THINK I like it there :).

I have some happy/sad news for everyone though (depending on how u think about it). I do NOT have beavers across the street. :( I HAVE WOODCHUCKS!!!!!!!! <3 (apparently they can climb trees too!)

Just to make it clear too, my blog is probably gonna be updated weekly, not daily. I know, I'm sorry T-T. But, I have at LEAST 3 HOURS of homework EVERY night. There's no way I can update. :/ I usually don't even let myself get on the computer so I can't procrastinate. :P

I've been trying to talk to a lot of people (even guys!), but I still don't have friend-friends yet. :/ I'll keep trying.

MY ROOM, IT LIVES!!!!

This post is coming in late (specially for me I wanna sleep by 10 tonight D:), but that's because I've been BUSY! On what you may ask? MY ROOM <3 Ohhh I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY :D :D :D!!! I mean, seriously, this has been what I have been looking forward for and it turned out great!

Starting off with today it didn't seem like anything would get done cuz we all stayed up late last night and woke up late this morn (8:30!!!) But it started off pretty good because we got the camera working!!! .....for about three seconds, but still!!! I took some nice pictures of our sunflower and this FAWESOME black and white dragon fly. Which I preceded to chase in circles until I realized it kept landing on the EXACT same branch after it flew around when it heard me. I evolved and learn how to wait in a picture taking position until it returned. MWAHHAHAHHA >=D

Anyway, back to the main story, my room! After doing my chores and waiting for father to stop his marathon phone calls to the fam and mom stop her failed napping, I pounced! I asked for him to hang up the picture frames we had bought yesterday before he started to work on other things. He of course then proceeded to work on other things...but eventually he returned to what I had asked him. ^^ Mom also helped with all the nailing (since I'm incompetent with any kind of actual tools as I learned from physics class ><''''). It took FOREVER to nail things and stick things, but hours later we were done! (I had A LOT to hang :P). Then we headed to the stores to print the pictures I WANTED to hang on those walls and buy my lovely mirror (which took several stores to find). We also bought this FAWESOME revolving picture frame! (I was looking for two for my homecoming and prom pics, so this was just perfect <3). So now I'll let you see the final result. :)

I can't feel my [insert random body part here]

Omg it's so late T-T (for me anyway, bed time's literally in like 5 so I'll prob just go to bed late) and I've only just NOW really gotten to sit down and do NOTHING. (well I am typing this, but that's dif :P)

Yesterday night was EXTREMELY stressful. To put it simply, yesterday was a bad day for business.

Today was a bit better. Despite me killing the dog the night before (I swear, he was just running one second, limping the next!), we still woke up this morn to drive him all the way out to this lake because it's the only leash free trail that we know of. .......Sadly, the road was closed..........which we found out when we got all the way out there. Plus side: we ended up stopping by the farmer's market and this organic food place. Down side: I hadn't gotten to take a shower yet cuz we were supposedly "just walking", was in a terrible outfit (meant for a trail not for town square), and we had no money (cuz who needs money at a trail?) Then we came home, got presentable and all, before getting us some BRUNCH! Followed by chaos at Walmart for Tax-Free school supplies.

Really though, things didn't go crazy til I started THE TASK. What is THE TASK you ask? THE TASK was to unpack all of my boxes today. THE TASK seemed possible when I started. THE TASK seemed finishable when I continued. I even (basically) completed THE TASK. .........but it all came at a very great price. T0T My whole body is KILLING me and I'm just so exhausted. Didn't help that we went on an extra long walk with Kiko tonight too. Even the yummy dinner with some of the cucumbers from the market and frozen yogurt from the organic place didn't ease the pain.

And tom? OFF TO ANOTHER LAKE! YAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY! (That's actually not totally sarcastic, I quite like exploring........s'long as I'm prepared :P)

I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MIRROR AND THE STUPID BATTERIES I BOUGHT FOR MY CAMERA DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!! (Once I'm trying to put them in, mom comes in and NOW chooses to say "Oh that camera only takes special batteries".........even though she was there with me when I bought THESE batteries today and after I SPECIFICALLY said THIS is what the batteries were for ><'''')

So hopefully by the latest, pics will be up on Mon. (which is the latest cuz sched pickup is weds, YIKES!)

Learning to at least NOT hate

Unlike yesterday, I found that I don't COMPLETELY hate our house. I still hardly love it, but now I can dream of what it COULD be. I had originally chosen the smaller guest bedroom as my future room (mostly because of the walk-in closet and more workable layout) but, in the end, I could not turn down the extra space. :( SO, instead I shall take the larger bedroom with the creepiest huge window I have ever seen with many promises of getting proper blinds :P (I swear I can see my neighbors out of it!!!).

But like I said before I left, I gots plans >=D. I cannot WAIT til I start decorating it! I'm semi-worried about the money because obviously I don't want to cause my parents to overspend (which with the new house is a fairly prevalent worry nowadays). In the future (ie when our TX house isn't just a money pit), we have even bigger plans X).

For example, my dad wants to put some trees in. (Which now has become my solution for everything! "That spot looks ugly." "Put a tree there." :P) Also, there's this part of our backyard which is kind of to the side of the house which I would just LOVE to separate with a fence and make into a garden! The area has double doors for an entrance, so wouldn't it just be lovely to open the up and be faced with a little pathway with that curved little entrance and vegetables growing on either side of the path? <3 Ahhhhh the dream :P

Speaking of dreams, our house isn't the only thing we wanna change! I actually would like to do more of a healthy life style change. My dad did (he's sooooo skinny now D:) and while his way is too extreme (ie oatmeal for breakfast skip lunch then eggs with beans for dinner before 8 pm bedtime ><') I would like to take some of his steps. :D For example, NO TV! I realized that when I turned on the tv those last few days at home, I did little else that day. :/ Now, I've been getting SO much reading done! Plus, I actually WANT to read it (unlike when tv was an option). Plus, I wanna start exercising cuz I am OUT OF SHAPE ^^'''. So we'll see. :) Our stuff still isn't here yet though. :/ I'll wait til then :P.
